There are 4 products that will help Recruiters do more in less Time utilizing The New LinkedIn Talent Solutions.

1-Open Talent:

A. Open Candidates

We are all at certain point were interested in exploring what opportunities out there but were concerned that your manager or you Corporate HR might know about it, especially if you have a critical position in your organization.

With the new feature within LinkedIn Recruiter product, for the first time ever LinkedIn members will be able to privately raise their hand to say “I’m open to being recruited”.

Recruiters will be able to reach 2X as many candidates for their jobs

B. Apply Starters

According to LinkedIn around 74% of candidates don't finish the application process on company career sites for a reason or another.

For the first time LinkedIn now allows recruiters to track those candidates who started but did not finish the application process.

Apply Starters is such great mutual benefit for both candidates and recruiters to bridge this gap and translate the missed opportunities into valuable leads.

2-Inbot

"The Future Is Now" that's what Wade BurgessVP Talent SolutionsLinkedIn said about the new Inbot feature.

The questions that recruiters always ask, how can we get response faster?

Inbot is the new LinkedIn Messaging experience that will answer that question and will revolutionize the interaction and communication among recruiters and candidates.

It synchronize your calendar with the candidate calendar to recommend the best time for interview and send a calendar invite to the candidate.

It allows you to have real-time chat and an enabled Siri feature that you can talk to send a welcome message to your candidates and receive reminders about who you are meeting with and shared connections and interests.

3-New LinkedIn Career Pages

So what's new with the career page?

The new feature bring more focus on the following:

A. Your People + Your Story = Your Company Culture

Now you will have the "Life" tab

The "Life" tab lets you share what life’s really like at your company. Through this tab, you can showcase articles and photos created by your employees that describe your company culture.

B. Company Talent Flow

Recruiters will be able to see more detailed analytics and insights on the Talent flow to the company and from the company. This way you will be able to track where you get the best talent from and who do you lose your talent for?

4-Recruiter System Connect

According to LinkedIn by early 2017 the new integration will allow recruiters to access candidate data in much easier way via certain Applicant Tracking Systems. This will minimize the juggling between different ATS.
